Coach Lance Kolie joined Calvary University in 2024 as Associate Head Coach for the CU Warriors to build their baseball program. Lance started 643KC with his best friend and current business partner Mick Simpson.

Lance's primary roles at 643KC are coaching, player development and baseball operations.  Lance earned an AA from Longview Community College and his BS/BA in CIS from the University of Central Missouri. Lance is married and has three children of which his two oldest are current college athletes in track and baseball. His youngest daughter is in high school and enjoys comp volleyball, theater, and music.

Lance loves teaching Christian Apologetics and sharing his faith. He also enjoys endurance sports and the competition and training aspect of them.
