Coach Winston Lewis joined Calvary University in 2024 as head coach for the CU Warriors men’s soccer team. Coach Lewis came to Calvary with a wealth of knowledge and love for the game of soccer. He has an impressive soccer resume of awards and coaching accolades, including owning his own soccer training program – “Peak Potentional Soccer, LLC” which facilitates the education, training and development of players, recreational clubs, and volunteer coaches in the Kansas City area. He has also had a successful career as a professional and semi-professional player.
Winston attended Huntingdon College in Alabama on a soccer scholarship, where he earned two seasons of NAIA All-American team awards. As a coach, he has had an incredibly successful career with multiple high school and club championships at various age groups.
Winston has earned Associate’s degrees in Economics and in Accounting and his BS in Sports Management.
He is married to Mrs. Amanda (Mandy) Lewis, an engineer with a major oil company. They live in Overland Park, KS with their twin children Aezienne and Aezlynn, and dobermanns Zayla and Sayzette.
